Biography
Specialist in the field of physical chemistry of low-pressure non-equilibrium plasma. Supervises the work of a research group that is engaged in experimental research and modeling of physicochemical processes in non-equilibrium plasma in oxygen, air, oxygen-nitrogen mixtures and some other gases, as well as in studying the processes of interaction of active plasma particles with polymers (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate) , polyimides) and materials based on them, including textile materials. The work is aimed at creating methods for predicting the results of plasma exposure to the surface of polymeric materials.
Research Interest
The research is supported by various grants, including grants from the Russian Federal Property Fund, INCO COPERNICUS and some others. The work is carried out in collaboration with foreign colleagues, in particular, with Charles University (Czech Republic), University named after Pierre and Marie Curie (France), Chungnam National University (Korea).
